However, we do work closely with our shipping partners to minimize disruptions and get your item to you as soon as possible. Please note that any issues with delivery are ultimately the responsibility of the shipping company, and we appreciate your understanding in these matters


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Easy cancellation available! You can cancel your order at no extra cost. To cancel, simply send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" within 24 hours of placing your order, And we'll take care of the rest for you.


I HAVE ENTERED A INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you made a mistake or the address was auto-filled incorrectly, please reply to your order confirmation email and provide the correct information. Don't worry, we're here to help! If you notify us promptly via email, we'll be happy to correct the address within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
 
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

    - A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
